Human body can survive?

YES! Several weeks without food, several days without water and only several minutes without air. Therefore, breathing is the most important for life.

Non polluted air is rare this days. To provide body with missing oxygen I recommend following exercise, somewhere in fresh air, every day:

Lying down and breathing slowly for 10 minutes, 10 seconds breathing in until lungs really full, than breathe out for 10 seconds, until lungs completely empty.  Not easy at begin, but soon your body will feel the difference.

Additional drinking several cups of red tea and up to 3 liters (osmosis) purified water every day, avoid mineral or usual bottled water.                          

My Eating Habits

Breakfast: in the morning cocktail from 1 banana, pieces of papaya with seeds, mango, red beat, carrots, apple, ………Recommend  additional to drink full glass of water with Vitamin B Complex, + Calcium + Magnesium + Zink Tablet together with a pinch of soda bicarbon.

Lunch Fish or chicken, cooked with mixed vegetables, spicy

Dinner; light, green salad with hard cooked egg or white beans, chicken soup with noodles

Before sleeping: 2 cups of chamomile tea boiled with sliced ginger and 1 cinnamon stick, 2 spoons of honey and juice of 1 lemon or lime.

Every day: 2 km fast beach or park running or walking, than practice with pushups (20-30), 10 kg weights for biceps, expander, curl ups (20) + 20 squats or swimming for one hour, with snorkeling and free diving (still able to go over 20 m deep).
